Rush sucks and only BCbabbies like it because it was their first experience as children. Breakthrough is the objectively superior attack/defend game mode as it involves the entire team PTFOing and provides superior gameplay once one objective has been captured as the attacking team gains a second spawn and the defending team is encouraged to go recover it.

Personally, I thought the M4A1 was the best gun in the game. It felt like it had the fastest TTK with amazing hipfire. It just falls off in accuracy at longer ranges.

I had the same thought, but it took me too long to notice. There's guns with higher damage, but the M4 shoots so fast that it doesn't matter. Firerate seems to be really important in this game. If your gun is fast, you just kill them first.

If i get another crash like this again then i will rage quit, hide the game from steam store and never speak of it again. If Dice haven't done some kind of patch that stops this from happening to me then I'll be very mad. That's literally the opposite of how it actually works. To reclaim a point defenders have to split up, making capping the other point easier as well as giving attackers more angles of attack. In Rush once one mcom is destroyed defenders can concentrate all their defence on one point making it harder for attackers.

I think it's the complete opposite. Attackers generally have the advantage when attacking a single point, because they usually get a tank or some other map advantage. What happened in the first beta period is that the attackers had to defend the point they already captured (and rarely did), so the defenders would just trade points to stall the map out and bleed the attacker tickets.

I'm calling bullshit. I've never seen attackers win when I'm on defense even with absolute knuckle-draggers for teammates, and I only managed to win on attackers like 3 times out of maybe 15. I could swing an entire match on defenders by stealing a point. Everything is skewed for the defenders, and the attackers basically have to be spawncamping defenders to win.

Nope. Those attacker wins always happen fast too because there is nothing the defenders can really do once they lose their footing and attackers get the momentum. I've seen like 2 games out of 20 where the defenders barely scraped a victory on the final objective. I think I've tried every suggested fix and it just seems to be random when it wants to work. AO and Mesh were the ones suggested to me about setting to low/off which i did, but with no success. Maybe this time I'll just set it all to low and see if that helps. And just force correct the file verification a few times every time it fails and it might randomly all just work, who knows.

My friend's dad is arounf 58 or so, and he plays with us a lot of mislims like arma and such. In BF6, he was the squad leader and we did really well since the short ttk actually allows you to hold positions without some faggot just wallrunning past the bullets while ignoring damage. He was pretty high up on the scoreboard despite his age, so my advice is go squad up and stop playing bf6 like a twitch shooter.

for me, 1942,. desert combat and vietnam were where the series peaked. bf2's spawn on squad leader was the beginning of the end. bf3 was fun but spawning on any squad memeber killed any tension, positioning, strategy - it also added main base protection (?) bc2 further killed the game by making the maps tiny. bf4 was a joke - everyone just played that cod map set in a factory lmao 16tick servers. bf1 was fun but again - i miss having to travel to the front.. and main bases.

Squad lead spawn was fine. It was when you could spawn on anyone in a squad is where teamplay completely died. Restricting squad sizes to 4 or 5 people didn't help either.

I actually really enjoyed that because as SL you were incentives to play a bit smarter and prioritize survival so you squad had good spawn options. Also helped to tard wrangle them, they tended to spawn on you if you're closer to the enemy which meant if you were flanking so were they.
