I'm sorry i couldn't be that much of a help. I basically just brute forced the fight by doing it dozens of times. The best i can suggest personally is to be careful while farming as much TP as you can and getting a knack for when you need an attack or healing spell. If it helps, every other fight outside of the schizo bosses will end up feeling like a cake walk in comparison after you beat Jevil

The prophecy says that the three heroes are a human, a monster and a prince from the dark. What if the Knight WAS that prince?
We know Kris wasn't supposed to have the SOUL, but has it anyways. We also know he's up to some shady shit and probably working with the Knight in some kind of fashion. Why? He probably wants to change fate in some way or another.
But in that case, who is the monster in the prophecy supposed to be? I don't know. Maybe Susie, and he just didn't want Ralsie to face his inevitable doom. I don't know how he would know this, but I think Kris cares about Ralsei a great deal. Most of this is spitballing with no real evidence though
What makes me certain that this could be true is what happens in Ch.4, where (you) conveniently latch onto a nearby monster with great potential. Kris isn't just angry you mind-controlled her, he's angry that you might've somehow doomed her

So its clear that we are changing kris too even in pacifist.
This thread used to bash noelle hard for what she said about kris but by all acount pre Soul kris was an absolute loser freak, and noelle was just too nice to tell him off.
However, due to the soul's action and his friendship with susie, he's warming up. He's clearly warming up to Ralsei in chapter 3 and 4, and I think hearing what noelle said about him when she isn't under social pressure also might get to him.

I don't think Dess is actually dead or will die. They're gonna do a thing where Darkners become "real" and will be able to interact with the Light World.
Then because they're "real", Dess who is currently some in-between has to become real too, so she recovers her mind and lives.
