I realized I can get another alt ailment on my Taming by giving my merc Thundersight. It's twice as much % damage as the Leer Cast he had before, and I can see it's working because I see 5% saps on the boss. Not sure if he would do enough damage to put a minimum sap on a pinnacle boss but it's pretty dumb how much damage I'm getting from a merc. They will have to buff monster life 4x again if these guys go core.

Literally every minion build. They all feel like shit without "minions are aggressive" which you have to waste a gem socket on. The only ones that don't need it are golems because they get it from primordial jewels and SRS because they have special heat seeking missile AI that (I don't think) benefits from aggressive at all. I was just doing research on this the other day and there are posts from GGG saying that spectres are generally aggressive by default but that's total bullshit and easy to test. With feeding frenzy socketed my wretched defilers will offscreen shit from a mile away. Thanks to pausing I can easily take that gem out mid combat and they will immediately stop shooting. Put it back in, they resume shooting (so it wasn't dead).

I've been trying it and only notice an increase in loot that is being filtered. Absolutely nothing of value.
I'm new and running ssf so I'm more or less full clearing every map anyways because I'm just having fun and not in a rush but I haven't noticed any additional worthwhile loot despite the difficulty increase. For anyone who's curious, Novamark is NOT a build. You have to manually cast the mark or you will get fucked. I think it only exists for cold DoT builds to have 100% uptime on their vortex in pinnacle bosses.

The real issue with Novamark is that you can't play it with Mark on Hit while you're mapping. Any monster you kill with a mark on it will still be marked after it dies, and all your damage will go on its corpse. That's no big deal if you have other rares to mark, but if you only have regular and magic mobs to kill, then all your damage is flying off two screens behind you instead of killing the monsters in your face. Novamark actively harms you while you're mapping.

I’ve farmed up like 20 prismatic jewel entry tickets, that’s where all the money is, it’s from consistent content like juiced ritual alters using all the ritual scarabs. Maxroll tries to sell the stacked deck variant but, stacked decks suck kinda. Maxroll atlas trees are fucking so bad dude lmao. Like every single one I look at is embarrassing. So with juiced ritual alters dude. My setups not that optimized, there’s definitely better guides. But your goal is to refresh the alter every time until you use all the charges. And to defer every chaos orb and currency which is worth 1c or more. And after like 5 maps, you take the atlas passive that doesn’t let you refresh but gives 100% more tokens. And to use one of your blood filled vessels, and spawn extra minions too. And then you buy up all the chaos because you’ll have like 30 deferred things, it’s like half a div every 5 maps, from that. Then you also occasionally get stuff worth 1div or more, so your goals still to refresh the alter until no charges. So you’ll probably just defer that too. I got a mirror shard from that. Like it’s definitely good enough to do, you’ll be getting something good every couple maps, plus the consistent drops of like 10 chaos that you defer each time. I’ve stopped doing it for now, im grinding xp now that I’ve got most of my defense stuff. Gonna go for 100 lol I hate not being max level. I can’t even like play a build because you need literally everything unlocked.

Yeah it really feels like there is a lot of stat requirements and you can only fill so many. Trade league it is probably far easier.
The trans version at least gives you 250% of minion damage increase on your own damage so that is something. It's just a matter of finding minion damage on everything, and minion attack speed plus defensives. Saw someone using the spider fang unique with it and a lot of other people using crafted maces and various other unwanted leveling uniques.
But as far as look and feels, not much beats having your holy relic of conviction + sentinel + aura that I can't remember's minons + Dom blow minions walking up to shit. I imagine this will fall off hard in red maps because I'm dying from time to time in yellows but even so I'm glad I played it.

Considering dropping Heart of Destruction on my Elementalist for a defensive layer since I want to drop Determination for Haste to map faster.
Any of you tried both Shaper of Winter and Bastion of Elements? Which one is a better defensive layer? I would be able to hit the 40% Chill, that's not a problem.
POB shows that Bastion of Elements gives me a bigger EHP increase but it can't really track Chill's value on enemy action speed, and Bastion of Elements only gives me elemental damage resist when dropping Determination would imply I need a phys damage reduction.
