uma still hasn't added limiteds but it uses the weapon gacha system except going tall instead of wide is better and it gives you the means to go tall for free, it's the best of every world
roll over hard pity really fucks with people's idea of reliable income because they start thinking that "no roll is wasted!" as they scroll past 10 roll after 10 roll of complete filler on ridiculously stingy income with terrible rates and nonfactor soft pity until they finally get a copy of a character who might rerun in several years or never again, and then you add the dupe system on top just to suck the life out of its playerbase

You can't borrow a lvl 50 Kitasan Black AND a lvl 50 human rights scenario card. And you WILL borrow the Human Rights card because its events are literally Inspiration-tier powerful, like +45 energy+skill points+10 all stats+skill hints+gold skills.
Oh and remember this human rights support card also boosts all stat gains and energy recovery from said events by like +30%, so these numbers are even larger in reality. This is how Cygames forces people to keep pulling even with power creep, by making mandatory SSR supports for each scenario (like Tazuna in URA, except she's nowhere near mandatory the way these cards are). If URA Career was the only Scenario, skipping Kitasan and borrowing her would be fine. But that's not how the game goes.

Kitasan's Gold Skill honestly sucks. It's a 30% speed boost for a whopping 1.8 seconds. A regular skill like Pace Chaser Straightaways is 15% for 3 seconds which is almost as much gained distance for half the cost.
Meanwhile Rushing Gale is a 40% ACCELERATION boost which is equivalent to having several hundred more power, and while losing velocity after 1.8 seconds makes you slower, once you've accelerated to your max speed, losing acceleration doesn't debuff you, you just want as much acceleration as fast as possible to reach top speed.
