Look at SRs you have that are max dupe for speed, stamina, and wit first and level those to max. They will simply give you better stats than low dupe SSRs. Guts isn't worth running for now and power isn't needed until you're inheriting strong stamina legacies and building for short distances so you're replacing your stamina cards with power ones
Unless you have some kind of complicated mental illness or cluster B personality type, your account is literally fine and you should be able to play the game normally
I'd recommend borrowing a super creek and trying 3 speed / 2 stamina / 1 wits and seeing how that feels with the cards you have, adjust as needed if some stats are lacking

i think as a new new player, your objective is getting the hang of the game and just trying to win the ura/have fun, sparks are something that will eventually arrive, and most of the time you'll see 1* guts even with an insane run
i also mentioned legacies because they can give you a decent boost early that lets you cover other stats
to summarize, you do runs and keep using those old horses in new runs to build decent legacies, they can also have as you can see in pic rel pace chaser to improve the new horse in that position or even skills, at least for 3* onward

a white heal skill is worth about 6% of a track's stamina requirement and a gold heal skill is worth 20%
So you could run a long race with 1000 stamina and a gold heal but you're gambling on it triggering at the right time so you may want 2 heals and expect 1 to always trigger at a good time, the good times in question are: not too early in which case the stamina heal will overcap your stamina and the excess will be lost, and not too late into the final spurt in which case your horse just doesn't use the stamina

The difference between having an ok horse and one that is actually meta. MLB is like 5% better than other great speed cards, 3LB is basically no better than a Sweep Tosho SR MLB, which is good but you wouldn't reroll your account for Sweep Tosho SR.

with 2nd, you spark your kita for LB2 and then wait to LB3/MLB in a few months. you're essentially renting kitasan full-time. you have the best power and stamina SSRs in the game atm and both are usable at 0LB. suckzuka is not a good 0LB card but it is not complete trash. you need to find another decent speed SR/SSR between now and hitting pity on banner. you have two wit options though you may not be building 3-stat consistently.

with 3rd, you spark your kita for LB3 which enables it for self-use and full-time rent an MLB super creek or MLB vodka, depending on need. diamond is your second stamina card when you run 2-stam decks. bourbon, and daitaku are good power SRs with some LBs. falcon is something you'd use if you completely whiffed on getting those SR's LBed.

1st is not terrible but it has the biggest holes. you'll be stuck in a position where you are running a 2LB kitasan just so you can rent the card that you need.
