I'll do rainbows if there's more than 2 and it wouldn't interfere too much with the previous step
Just keep playing and eventually you'll get a feel for where stats should be while progressing. I'm finally at a point where I don't have to use clocks at all. Haven't even had to use the freebie in a while.

She's S late so I assume she was using late, she does have front runner skills and a pace chaser skill which is weird but she is probably retarded andd doesn't know how the skills work.
Late burns the least stamina from all running styles, I think with the S ranking she might be using even less stamina she even has a stamina recovovery skill.

Everything else I had available was shit that would not work ever (distance/style locked) while Blue Rose closer can be useful since there are other front runners sometimes. Won't proc often though granted, but the only condition for it to proc is for you to overtake another racer during the final corner while being 4th or better.

You'll want to use your 3 daily borrows on other people's 3*s. I'd recommend just aiming to get them during your other goals. Spark farming is brutal when you mainly get 1* gut sparks so hitting the requirements while accomplishing other goals you have is a healthier way to go about it.
