Cloud saves are pretty easy thing to implement (you just tell Steam backend what folder to look into for save files) so whenever a game misses it it's kinda funny to think about. Takes a few minutes to put in, tops.
But if a game is just outright broken, as in crashes on loading a save file broken, I think that's good reason to get your pitchfork out.
