Finally did phrolova's story, and I have to say, kuro really stepped the fuck up with the music. It was noticably better this patch than ever before. Other than that, the story itself was fine I guess. It's definitely weird how phrolova is so obsessed with rover all because of a conversation that seemed like it wasn't even 5 minutes long. I guess I'll chalk it up to rover's hentai mind break aura/frequency/whatever, but there really should've been more of an interaction. Nobody would wait years for a meeting some guy you met for 5 minutes promised you, probably just out of smalltalk. Also, the cutscene before you fight Fenrico was randomly at 2x speed for me, or at least it felt like it. Incredibly jarring. I'm also confused what made the groud light up and break fenrico's brainwashing - nobody ever really mentions it. And I fucking hate the glitch effect that phrolova's dash has. It made me see the dash effects of the other characters and now I can't unsee them. Not a fan. Still, I did pull phrolova after all since iuno's leaks were pretty disappointing.

I haven't played much PGR. I started a couple days ago for the DMC stuff, and I got to trial Alisa Echo and Vera Geiravor (they're BiS for Vergil and Dante). And their kits were so fucking insane that I was really shocked that they were apparently supports. Seriously their animations are ridiculous, Alisa has a Fleurdelys type world-splitting nuke.
All this is to say, Chisa being a support doesn't matter, as long as her kit is still cool. The problem is more that supports in wuwa are kinda boring. Chisa could be the first one to break the mold.

The reason being that some skills from Cantarella count as Echo Skills and whenever you use them, Phrolova's Hecate does enhanced attack (the attack you do if you use Hecate at the 3rd basic attack). Roccia's Magic Box from skill does count as an Echo Skill but only once and for the next character she outros into. Meaning if you do Roccia -> Phrolova she won't benefit much other than getting 1 more Volatile Note (double effect note) than normal. Which those notes buffs cannot be activated without Echo Skill usage or doing it yourself actively playing Hecate.
Plus Phrolova can group enemies herself when you generate purple notes. Roccia is more important for Cammy.

You don't need to change any options/buffs and just play with what they give you
There's 4 "modes" of getting points.
1. eating mode: make sure you pick 2-3 eaters max because you run out of food for them(cubes and spikey mobs, pick stuff that buffs and gives you free points when other stuff gets eaten
2. building/combining mode, make sure you're always picking stuff which can combine with stuff already on the field, pick rocks which can combine with everything when they come up
3. evolving mode, didn't pay attention to this one because anything i chose gave me points
4. the exchange mode i didn't bother to understand at all, i just kept choosing stuff that gets off field fast and blue stuff which gets more buffs when other stuff gets off the field

You can finish the event with the echo recruitment phantasma blessing only, i did anyway. Once you get all the buffs in the dream boon section, the gameplay begins to snowball and it's much easier going forward.
Biggest tip is read the descriptions and wing it, you don't need to watch guides, use your common sense and intuition and think of the avatar background reward that awaits at 1000 points, you do like Phrolova, right?
