a general problem with mvm community maps I have noticed while playing potato missions through the years is they have 2 chokes (front and last) while mannhattan/rottenburg has plenty of "safe" fighting areas, I wonder if this (and the gimmicks) is something the tf team will struggle with deciding on if they should skip a map or not when it comes to picking

They're carried entirely on their visuals, with most of said visuals not even fitting the aesthetics. If you search the MvM tag you need to go to page 2 or 3 before you get the actual good shit and maps that have creative layouts or designs other than "here's my custom robot/tank my friend modeled" or "wow isn't this theme wacky and original"

For the more Hammer savvy of you, is there any way to make it so there are different spawnpoints scattered around the map for both teams to spawn in instead of a designated spawnroom? Does it still even work if I try to do that? I've tried placing multiple spawnpoints for "Any" team but it ends up just using the first spawnpoint I place and nothing other than that one, I've tried the same by making 2 spawn entities with each one being for a team and bundling them together so it looks like they're a singular one but it just results in the same thing, can I execute this in any way or am I forced to create a spawn room? My map is already pretty finished so it would be a bummer having to find some place to make spawn rooms and make it balanced for both teams considering I placed crit boosts in a side of the map already
