The part im omitting out of the story and il have more of this in the BOKUBE documentary is the 5-6 months of court issued stay at home house arrest suspension from my job, and how most people in my town believed her and vilified me for awhile as a criminal. the "AAF" stronghold will be the central part of your playable area, it contains 1/4th the maxAI you set at the start of the mission and is populated by indep bandit troops, kill them for easy points early on, the blufor/opfor AI are significantly more of a threat than in vanilla, not by cheating or aimbotting, but by positioning and intel sharing between squads / their high commander, also strategy and tactics in the battle

players have infinite stamina and solid aim to compensate, sprinting in the open will probably get your spotted, while crawling behind bushes/cover unless you start firing you will probably not be detected by the AI

No damage but the various types of attack code is already set up, ironic as that's way harder than setting up a simple damage application. Spent time setting up various types of code to handle this and ended up rewriting it a few times, came out pretty good in the end but still need some kinks ironed out. As for right now I ended up working on lighting and I'm thinking I might just go to 3D for my next game, this is just way too complex and is really making me believe 2D is a trap and that 3D is actually easier. I've been having debates recently with ai doubters in this general and when their nonsensical arguments are met with hard facts and AA quality AI enchanced games 9/10 times it devolves into them becoming furious and hurling adhominem attacks like a child. Ai doubters are not even willing to devote 30 minutes towards reading about the technology before they form some ludicrous opinion.

I've read a statistic a while ago that showed the average adult could barely do basic algebra.. so perhaps most average people lack the education required to understand it, and actually do think Ai is some hoax.

At this rate, ai is honestly becoming a natural segregation of society based off intelligence. Those that lack too much intelligence will continue claiming that its a hoax. and those that possess the minimum intelligence to realize the technological profoundness will continue to progress it. Been a few weeks since I really worked on my game since my pops was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, no targetable mutations, negative pd-l1 score so immunotherapy will not do much either, so prognosis is looking grim. Just been spending all my time learning about cancer and any other possible supplements I can give him, which I now have had him on that regiment for the last week. pre-chemo scan in a few weeks, hoping that the primary tumor see's some shrinkage from what I've been giving him so he can avoid chemo.

Anyway got back to it the last 2 days and changed up how I handle warping from one sector to another. Did this since because I can easily re-use this method for warping to any area, where the before method was going to require making changes to the camera angles constantly for each warp path you took.

I'm a software engineer who uses AI at work, I'm well aware of the technology's limitations and how much we have to finagle it to perform a task reliably. I watch gamedevs trying to use it across multiple gamedev-related discords and they always seem to struggle to integrate it into their workflow. AI doesn't solve a single problem for gamedevs that asset stores haven't already solved for over a decade.

If you spend all day trying to blackpill everyone itt because you fell for an AI startup's latest social media post designed to trick investors into giving them more money, then I don't believe you can possibly have a triple-digit IQ, and I find it unlikely that you have ever made anything let alone a game.

I think the way they arrive at the human task duration is questionable. Also the tasks they pick are things like reading comprehension, setting up a web server, performing an sql injection attack. Very discrete self-contained small problems and they try to match the tasks with professionals who can do them, but limit how much learning experience the humans can have when completing the tasks, which I don't think makes sense since we tend to do tasks more than once at work and being experienced at those tasks tends to increase speed

In any case I still don't find AI useful for doing 2 hours worth of gamedev for me, if you have found a way to do that post your game (it doesn't exist)
