How the fuck do hints work with unity training? Is there a flat chance your supports give hints or is the exclamation point just mogged by the training bubble so you can't see it?

Well still have no fucking clue what I'm doing, but I think I'm getting closer. Ignore the skills, had absolute garbage in getting what I needed for hints and skill points so just went for whatever. I can tell that my overall stats are going up as I'm able to balance S Speed with high A Stam and Power and almost even got B Guts, but it does hurt that I can't fuckin figure out how to max out my speed easily cause of these Spirit charge mechanics.

Think I just need to burst only when they are on speed and try to avoid them to charge others while they are on other trainings since I'm focusing on too many things at once. Honestly really excited for whats in store with the Uma's we'll be rocking when finals drop.

Guide for retards:
-It's just URA 2, relax
-ignore rainbows, spirit bombs matter, go to the training that has the most spirit charges because that also levels your facility depending on the team rank
-you can store charges(aka ignore the bombs on guts or wit) and unleash the spirit bombs on your prefered training(usually would be speed, power or stamina)
-you have 0 control over NPC teamates, if they job, they job, you can alleviate it by charging their spirits which ranks up their NPC stats that's why you should ignore rainbows in favor of trainings with spirit charges
