Dominator/Tether isn't worth taking on Rudolf if she's going to be run as a late surger in CM, right? The activation requires her to be 6th or worse, but if there are 3 end closers then effectively the only position for her to be in for it to activate will be 6th and I doubt she'll be behind the Nice Nature late surgers. So I should skip this skill?
