I'll probably spend this following week making a bakushin since I need to borrow Seiun, tested some runs to see how she performs without speed cards and she seems to do ok. 4 power cards and 2 wits may be needed though. For skills Trick (front), Subdued Front Runners and Flustered Front runners are the core debuffs, then mile corners, Nimble Navigator, Unyielding Spirit and the greens are the others to aim, Seiun's ult too of course.
For my last Ace I have no idea who to add. Bakushin is too good at being a front racist blocker, her ult can either win you a race or cuck your ace. Another front seems unwise, but maybe I'll try Suzuka as she's more of an accel front.

Koyasan was great especially if you're into the more spiritual side of Japanese culture or just like hiking. Still pretty English friendly but FAR less crowded than spiritual sites in Kyoto like the Inari shrine. Alot of temple lodging there if you want a more up close view of monk life. On the more anime side of things I personally prefer Den Den Town in Osaka over Akihabara in Tokyo but both are good. Den Den Town was easier to navigate and the prices in general were alittle cheaper. Honestly I think Osaka is a better spot than Tokyo. It's also very close to other popular stops like Nara (feeding the deer is fun), Kyoto and Kobe. Also hit Okinawa in the second half of my last vacation and the beaches were great. I didn't know about this until after I got back to the states but to bring it back to Uma there's a Rice Shower themed resturant in Chiba Prefecture named "Rice Shower" that sounds like a fun time.

This seems terrible. If you're out of time you must go with 2 debuffers and gamble. 3 aces is really tough as a f2p.
Also with 900/900 (effectively 1000 with long S) I was dying a bit at the end with 2 heals activating because of all the debuffers.
If you roll 1200/1000 with 2 golds, chances are that you'll run as well as a 1000/1000 even if you fire both heals, unless your opponents didn't bring debuffers. Sure, chances are good that one or two of your 3 will fire both, but 1100/1100 would be better if you can manage it. (900/900 with long S was enough for me)

I speak only from my experience playing her on this CM with that specific goal in mind of blocking any front runner

I wouldn't describe long S as a gamechanger... it's just another 100ish speed. Hitting a couple of URA sparks will make up for it. Long distance is only really necessary when you easily hit the speed cap like in the shorter distances.
4/6 of your parents/grandparents can be from borrows, so it shouldn't be too difficult to stack enough pinks anyway...
I guess if you can hit those sorts of stats 3 aces can work, but for my sort of deck 900/900 is close to the best I can do, so I have to gamble on debuffers because you can't win with 3 900/900 aces.

You might need to test if your stat spread is correct. I try to get more of the "good" gold heals as a first priority, then good greens and white heals, over things like s accel and corners.
