Lone Wolf is a tech skill. You use it on your Ace in CM if you have leftover points, to get a minor speed boost if youre the only one, but also to prevent others who are trying the same. It's minimal gain, but it can be the difference in minmaxed sets

Uma's year 1 is very unbalanced and you have limited tools and resources to actually build a horse. Why take the dozens of hours of effort to make a mediocre Ace like Urara,when Oguri Cap is 2/3rds of the way there out the box?
