You know what i recently realised? Theres fuckall story progression in limbus, in fact i'd say we didnt even start the story.
All we do is just do sinner's personal stuff with a vague "collect boughs" as bait, but we know nothing about anything and doesn't seem like collecting said boughs even has any impact. We didn't get chewed out for bringing a burned-out bough either. Seems like the whole "we really want boughs and sinners will be compasses for them" also was dropped after mentioning it once.
The only real overall story progression we got was in claim their bones and...thats it? I guess we can add timekilling time and murder on warp express as proof of LC getting into distortion business, but those also feel like "bait" or "excuse" rather than some "goal" LCB has, and also they are in intervallos so not really explored.

So basically this: it just doesn't feel like we have any goal as LCB besides "lets have fun adventure and help sinners realise that gay is ok". Yea sure it's a problem of GAAS where director planned big events to start going on after all 13 sinners have their canto but come on, just needs something. And you can't just have Dante say "wow i really don't know anything about this company" in TCTB and then never follow up on that.

I think people wouldn't mind as much since they clearly want every sinner to have one so Hong can constantly switch around everyone, as that is supposedly the main gimmick of the team if the banners weren't all single banners.

Why was Horsesang a solo banner? Why was Maost a solo banner? Why not add Don or Heath to those? This one is a personal one but while I get that it makes sense lorewise for all the members of a branch to be basically the same unit it really feels boring.
