balancing raising the friendship of your cards in years 1+2, whilst developing your team and popping as many orbs as possible, its quite involved.
one tip i have is ignore the arrowups on late joiners to your team, they aren't worth training for your team over your initial ones, who will have better stats from unity training.
Try and do arrow trainings on the same umas as much as possible

So each uma can spirit once, after that any further arrows are +stats. Your objective this career is to pop your starting umas as quick as possible, and keep levelling them whilst taking arrows on other umas so you can level your team wholesale, which will improve your facilities.
Use blue pops asap, use them on wit if you need energy, use them on speed stam or power or guts depending on what distance you are trying to train. with 3 speed cards 1200 speed is easy, i imagine its the same for any other stat.
if the arrows are in crap categories (guts or stam for shorter distances) do a date or an optional, this is why riko is being shilled

I don't miss leveling training facilities because it makes you feel guilty for clicking 4support trainings on Guts early game while raising friendship and things like that.
Raising stats in Aoharu is nice because it's possible to recover from setbacks early on and the bubbles add another layer of RNG that can compensate for bad RNG with rainbows and friendship, but not being free to run optional races without a massive opportunity cost feels very restrictive.
