4 months from launch in JP so 2~3 months global. plenty of time to save up for copies as f2p unlike Kitasan who is in the launch month for both so you only have the initial starter boost.
Also at the same number of copies, she's better than a kitasan support until 3 copies. The best part of kitasan's card (high speciality) is locked behind 3c.
This makes sweep much more F2P friendly.
