Again, it's a rough guideline at best, BUT it did help me improve things here and there a lot. It's better than nothing at all, having to guess what works best and when. Plus, keep and eye on the career info of an uma, check through the scenario to find out when you need what. Constantly running sprint or mile is great, till you get buttfucked by a sudden Medium or Long race.
