I got my 3 stam spark Maru with 4 Speed 2 Stam, but end result would have been better if I had went for 3 speed 1 power 2 stam instead. Maruzensky needs High Speed since she's front, decent Power to make use of that Speed, good enough Stam to deal with Long races and decent Wit not to be retarded and use her skills. I suggest going for Power and/or Stam Spark Legacies and then praying that your Career seed RNG doesn't cuck you with bad events

Pacers in generally need just enough stamina to beat their longest races, so required stamina > speed > power and wits training instead of resting unless the situation is really bad which should you net you at least 300 wits.
Consult the stats chart. Focus on yellow style related skills, get gourmand/swinging maestro/hydrate if you can if she has medium and above races, when your stats in a good place farm fans with races to upgrade her ult.
