There a little less than 4 and a half days left until the Andvari's Shop resets so if you haven't gotten the Lil' Salomon Tickets yet this is your reminder! Also the AR Cards Running Through the Mysterious City with You which is now officially called Wondrous Streets We Ran Together and The Phantom Thieves' Entrance Ceremony will be leaving the Shop as well. This is the second run of Wondrous Streets We Ran Together so like other AR Cards it will most likely not be reran in the Shop again but might possibly be in this years Anniversary Exchange. Having one Copy gives a 50% chance to grant Concentration to allies around the equipped character during Phase Start. It also increases the chance of extra Guild Membership Seals by 5%. The chance increases to 100% and 10% respectably when at max copies but I think having one copy fine. The Phantom Thieves' Entrance Ceremony will be reran at a later point if you want to wait to get a copy later.

The next two AR Cards in the rotation for Andvari's Shop were announced early this morning. The new card is called The Special One Won't Give Up has a chance to grant Crit to allies directly adjacent to the equipped character after receiving a Buff at a base 20% and 40% at max copies. It also increases the chance of extra Guild Membership Seals by base 5% and 10% at max copies.

I was expecting the returning card to be The Joining of Blessed Fists but instead it's surprisingly Fatherhood Since Then. It's a very noteworthy Card as it increases Rank Exp by 15% at base and 25% at max copies. As for it's battle effect After the Move Phase ends inflict Dazzle on enemies in a 9 space cone shape in front of the equipped character at base 40% and 80% at max copies.

After over a week of interruptions I've finally finished Ch.9 I didn't remember as much as I thought from when I read it years ago.

The first line of the story asks about truly an enemy instead of friend. Lil' Sal says we leave him in the dust which I call shenanigans when not in a Battle Zone he can still hang around. Curren in a flashback mentions mentions a God of War and it's a Plan B. We help Breke in the park which he almost calls himself Freke. I know that's his name but don't know the significant of that. Breke disappears and Curren mentions Plans A, B, C, and Duo, lab grown geniuses, well as a Ring SA to unify multiple memories. They arent subtle about the ring at all. Lil' Sal says him and Breke are the same. Curren is the GM of the Rulemakers but as a figure head. They have the Genociders SA's they have been reduced to Systems and have completed their Roles. The tech Curren's robot has is what modified Algernon and others. Oz and Korpokkur debut the latter being a WP. Michael can't be a WP as Eden's Pillars haven't been summoned but wonder how that will work since Babalon ate fruit from one the trees. Michael says our fate is sad and feels bad which I don't buy at all he wants to sacrifice us. Odin is in Yggdrasil but cant be summoned because someone has his R&R in Tokyo. he sent Huginn & Muninn but haven't been seen. Odin then sends a blue wolf who eats corpses of those that fulfilled their Role in his stead with a portion of his R&R. How can that work if it's the same one that is prevented from being summoned? Breke transforms in Babalon to avoid the Trooper enemies. Mori is a now a member of the Summoners now but Tada is just hired help. Why does he need so much money? Shuichi is dead inside. Arc is a guest and summons the SA's of Bab, Surtr, and Aza. They say it's like they're dead but not. How is Arc not insane/dead from sustaining three pacts after their family died? Most App users can only handle 1 or 2 and that's not including

He also mentioned Lycon Wolves in Breke So i guess his is Odin's wolf or absorbed it somehow at one point. Shiro and Kengo meet Tsukuyomi and learn he has a Pillar but it's flawed. and he gives us R-19. Xoltl shows up at the crafters. we learn SA's can conform to the structure of living beings. Kurogane mentions all Guild Master are... but doesn't finish his sentence. Then it shows Kamui being attack by his Shadow from the future Volkh Vseslav yet who mentions Kitezh and says he will question the role/cycle of his world. Which Kamui did and had a whole mini arc about it and found some closure so i found that odd. Kamui is then is attacked by the dead children he raised and is gone? Perun debuts and Temujin is there. Shinya is also there and is a Reserve WR for Olympus somehow and so are his kin are related to Kronos?! Temujin tells Perun to back off of Shinya seems GW event is canon. Zeus cant be summoned as Perun has the same R&R also I realized Perun is the one Volos mentions. We cant summon Li'l Sal but summon our broken SA instead. Breke finds the Genociders SA's and transforms into Babalon again. Hombre Tigre debuts fights Arc and the workshop. We get saved by Talos then bound to a chair. Cut to Claude getting Shuichi to feel emotions again, Claude then talks about how Shuichi and Duo were implanted with SA's at birth Duo is technically a Pillar and given the 4th letter of the alphabet.

Claude somehow had a memory or two about Loops because of his SA's previous owner who we dont know. So that's why Claude wanted to make a marry the ocean power move. We learn about Dark matter and how it's used to make SA's and how Pillars connect with Aether and Nether. We learn Heph was given a memory by the warmongers where he kills us. So his plan is to kill everyone and himself just with us and Talos surviving so no one else can kill us as Talos cant kill us he has a fail safe if he tries to. Heph irritates me because that's his great plan? We then learn Wakan is a WP granted it was HEAVILY foreshadowed last event but his doesnt connect to Nether. Dont know what that means yet. Maria watches as Arsalan leaves and may die on his way to wherever?! LW i swear dont take him away from me! Maria wants to have all her memories back does she want to go insane?! Gandharva is back and called Hanuman prince. We try to escape from Heph but our SA goes haywire and lil sal is the cause. Breke has Huginn & Muninn plus others in him thanks to a register and thats how he can transform into the Genociders somehow despite them barely returning to their HW's. We help Arc fight Hombre Tigre and I'll be honest HT and the luchadors were annoying I feel a bit bad for HT yet still annoying. Alice and Christine talk about how WR who goes back to their HW might not return if a Loop happens again. Xolotl see his brother in us. Tezcatlipoca through HT shows us more killing memories but Shino and Marchosias' words from ch8 keep us grounded. Breke as Surtr/Aza help us and mention Gates are also Pillars. We learn about Algernon and their deteriorating intelligence after using their power and how they like the Loops. We beat Tez/HT with Heph Talos and Kuro. Arc promises to find Azathoth, Surtr and Babalon

The King also had a Ring but the let it go and due to the Ring's Rule when you let it go you'll suffer a terrible fate and the King has been banished from the world. We go to the Library and Furufumi lets us back in as a favor for a teacher (Implied to be Mononobe) we find a book thanks to our sword and shadowy dragons come out we learn they're all the memories of Loops and we accept them all and see Yoshitsune, Eurynome, Susanno, Shayten and ---- the exile of the Old Ones. I immediately realized they have to be the ones in Future Hero's art. We then find Lil' Sal and promise to believe in him and to learn about him and the little draconic exception he is. As well as to learn more about ourselves and all the other Exiles. Afterwards no one can find Mononobe...

God there was so much in this Chapter I think I have 30 pages worth of notes. Still trying to understand Breke and how exactly how he ties in with everyone from Yggdrasil despite being from Utopia. I know H&M were stated to have possibly taken by Another System which that seems to be the case then I guess Odin's Wolf was also intercepted by Utopia or something and used it's actual body for Breke or used it as a blueprint along with it's SA collecting powers. Also about the register if Breke was made/altered in Utopia how did they know about Babalon and the others and add them to it before he was summoned to Tokyo? Better yet this is the first loop they completed their Roles plus they left before Breke was summoned so how does that work? Maybe it all gets expanded upon later

Yeah, most characters in Housamo I end up liking more the more I read about them, but with Tigre it was actually the opposite. Still appreciate some aspects of his background though.

Unfortunately it's a bit of a trend in a few chapters coming up. Some characters really don't get very flattering introductions.

The same amount as the demons from Ars Goetia? I completely forgot about this. Of course Salomon's name relates to the book itself, but I'm not sure what exactly Mononobe meant by it. I can't imagine it's in the literal sense when we already came across at least one of the demons in the MQ.

I finished Yog-Sothoth's memory wasn't expecting it to take about 45 minutes.

It was us and Shiro in the old library being shown memories of a past Loop where Azathoth is with us at the start. Kengo and the others are with other Guilds. We use Aza to give others memories of past Loops/deaths where they helped us to form alliances. The memory of Yog says because of his ability to reach memories past present and future he was sent to the Plains of Nihility. If he is so powerful/omnipotent why did he allow himself to get sent there? Tsathoggua becomes the leader of the Tycoons thought that was funny. Duo says we formed alliances with the three true guilds and if this doesn't work he will go back to the place of his birth which we know he does in the current Loop. We caused the destruction of Tokyo by handing out memories. Aza's SA is rooted in darkness and cant reach Aether (the Opposite of Wakan's). Leib tells us about Tsukuyomi and he holds off attackers while bleeding and wearing Cu Sith's scarf. Tsuku tells Tetsuya not to use his SA needlessly could have repercussions he then says Aza is split into two as a safety measure. As the world ends Nyarl is there being Nyarl Aza gets his sanity back due to the world going mad. He tells us the Wall is just something we made up then says that was BS. (there might be a hint of truth) But if we want to succeed we must choose a path beyond good and evil.

Definitely. Not just what Azathoth said but other things too. Like I'm still thinking about Tsukuyomi telling Testuya not to use his Sacred Artifact too much and possible repercussions. It felt like he used it quite a bit in his fight with Tadatomo back in Ch. 6 so I wonder how much is too much and what the repercussions are. I have an out there idea but it's a spoiler for another game.

Then there's Duo apparently trying to find a way to a brighter future. Then saying he might have to accept his limits and go back to where he was born. Of course we now know he's an artificial Pillar so he has memories of that past Loops and in Ch.8 he goes go back to the East/joined the Rule Makers. So that seems to me that Loop with Azathoth must have been a relatively recent Loop.

But even though it was short it was still was interesting to see we somehow had Azathoth at the start things and seemed to be a somewhat good run for a bit. Honestly I thought those memories were going to be from the Loop where Shiro killed us to stop Michael from winning the Game.

I had a dream last night where Lifewonders announced a third Gacha game. It was like Dragalia Lost with it's combat and used full sized models instead of chibi ones. But it had a gym mode or something where you choose a character and then have to physically do exercises with them for some reason. Thanks brain for whatever that dream was.

In XC2 there is a character that can heal through regeneration. They can also alter the replication rate of cells in a persons body and that can be used to kill them. I was thinking something like that could happen to Testuya where constant use of his Sacred Artifact could alter his body permanently and make him regenerate until he dies outside of the App. But then I realized that really can't happen since that would be a physical change so it would be fixed and won't carry over if the Battle Zone/App closes correctly. Then I thought maybe since the SA is a "Shed Skin" it might not have memoires of a previous owner. So instead it would somehow cause his own memories to deteriorate or it would take his own memories getting to the point where he'd become a husk of himself. This is just me trying to tie in the shed skin and Ouroboros aspects into it. But I don't think either of those theories really hold any weight but you asked so there they are.

Well I can say Dragalia came from me listening to it's ost last night. As for the physically doing exercises with a character part I don't really know maybe my brain is telling through my dreams I need to be less sedentary. But as dumb as the premise sounds and the odds of it working as a gimmick would be basically zero if it were a thing I would kinda be down for it. I think there was/is a bishoen pomodoro app that doubled as a dating sim. Seaside Fashionista is finally done. I forgot it was 24 parts and it kinda overstayed it's welcome with that three part epilogue which felt mostly as a way to throw in all the other swimsuit skins. Which Ophion's feels like his covers him up slightly more than his regular outfit despite both being a almost slit out situation.

Arachne is fun I like her even if she struggles with self control and her health when she has fashion on the brain. We learn Tsathoggua is a major shareholder and has lot of money granted being in Roppongi/Tycoons that shouldn't be too surprising .SummoSnap and Guild Stickers where mentioned. We help her and Tsa with her shop with her unique designs and have people stop by after we posted Tsa in his new suit. None of them sell and Amatsumara gives her a challenge to make clothes for the others. We go see Wakan ask what he wants but he said he doesn't care he will accept it with gratitude. After a sizing battle we learn while he spreads his affection to other equally we are the exception (God I love protag privilege). Arachne makes him a casual outfit for a first date with us to learn more about the feeling he has about us. Then we head to Aoyama without Tsa because he got sick. Arachne pokes prods and possible gropes the angel guards. She will send us from Tokyo to Gehenna so fast. We learn Zab went back to his old rigid ways for no specified reason. Which annoys me if your going to go back on his development give a reason besides he just stopped one day. I guess his clothes should reflect your Role is something but we use that to make him officiate weddings gets a suit in the process. Gabriel tells Arachne at first she felt she only cared about money and not what Zab wanted but glad she was wrong. We help Suzuka embrace her schoolgirl side and she helps Arachne think about setting her own expectations too high. We then go to a host club Arachne swoons over Tsukuyomi saying his shadow shines.

Heph says she's a nincompoop who wants the world to accept them but have the world revolve around their standards. Which she does want to be recognized and accepted but in her home world she did get a big ego from being called a genius and even enjoyed looking down on the Gods. After she recovers she comes to terms with her flaws and accepts she wont have a spot in the fashion show but we pull a few strings and Gyumao gives her one week for a swimsuit collection. She manages to pull it off with help of the others. But even if she is still uncertain and scared of what the masses might think or believe she will continue to be true to herself. Like I said I like her she was fun and seeing her swoon over Tsukuyomi, Aegir, and her love of Zabaniyya's hip windows got a chuckle out of me.

Also it is/was Arachne's Summon day didn't know that until I seen this art earlier today so that was a fun coincidence.

I read Wakan Tanka's SQ if i had a dollar for each Special/Epilogue Quest I've read from LW's games that had stargazing I'd have two dollars and I want more. But god Wakan and whiplash go hand in hand. He's precious with his fluttering ears when he's happy and likes when they're rubbed. But He was scared we'd reject him, mentioned being alone in his HW. The pain he feels in his chest when he sees us. The "promise me you wont become anymore special to me" line killed me. Why must he do this to me

It feels like they were still trying to make some Events be Main Story/Current Loop canon but it's inconsistent which I rambled about last thread.

This update also provided Skill Evolutions and unexpected translations for Research Files seemingly of all of characters up to Yig. I stumbled upon this when double checking what Yig does and noticed it. Thought that was interesting

Gorozaemon 4star- Frightening Great Youkai becomes Terrifying Great Demon. They now inflict Break Before Hitting enemies and those directly behind them at 80%. Can inflict Madness Before Hitting enemies at 70%. After Hitting they will inflict Fear to hit enemies and those to the left and right on them at 80%. Phase Start they can Nullify Debuff to self and allies one space around self at 90%

Jormungandr 5star- Giant Dragon of the End becomes Endless Dragon. If Stationary he can grant Tenacity to himself and allies directly adjacent at 100%. He can also grant it to all allies at Phase Start at 90%. When Appearing he grants himself Brawn and Wall Strengthening which increases his Skill Activation by 10% if he has Wall. At the Move End Phase if his CP is 100% he will grant himself Wall

Summer Pool Yamasachihiko 4star- Straightforward One becomes The Open Minded Big Bro. His ability to grant himself Ardor now activates Before Hitting at an 80% chance. After Buff he can grant himself Glint at 70%. When Appearing he grants himself and Allies Concentration at 100%. After Hitting he can grant Glint himself and allies directly adjacent at 70%. At Move End Phase if his CP is 100% he grants Ardor to himself and Allies one space around him at 100%

Oz Permanent 4star- Hesitant Recluse becomes A Lion in a Hidden Place. He does even more After Moving. He can heal directly adjacent allies up to 400 HP at 80%, Apply Anchor to self at 90%, Protection to self at 100%, Glint to self and directly adjacent allies at 90%. When Hit he can inflict Dazzle to the enemy that dealt damage and to those directly adjacent to them at 50%

After yet another long week I finally got around to reading Make a Killing!

The Summoners are broke and we have to get jobs and of course Andvari has a money making scheme which is a year round resort. He shows us around and we meet Goemon whose face down in a waterfall basin. Turns out he's not actually Goemon and is called Shukaku and is the inheritor of Goemon's memories. Which I thought he was a human who can turn into a tanuki but it's the opposite. We learn he plays Goemon in a theater but was told he can't play Goemon anymore until he finds out what he is missing so to be in character wants to be called Goemon. We help Seth who is scared of the water but somewhat pulls a daring rescue saving one of the Yaksha enemies and says he's closer to being who he wants to be like a ruler. Which I don't recall him focusing on being a ruler specifically but the best version of himself he wants to be. Chernobog has love for Tokyo and the experiences he has had and wants to repay everyone for it. Goemon was a performer with his grandfather but was left at a temple. He thought because he wasnt good enough but later realize because his grandfather may not have had much time left. But he kept practicing but felt stuck then a blinding light takes him to Tokyo. During a dodgeball tournament he goes back to how things were when he performed with his grandfather and realizes he was missing the fun of performing and making people smile. But he stays at the resort because he wonders how he got Goemon's SA in the first place despite being shown a flashback of presumably him asking it to give him Goemon's memories. Also he said it was with him when he was summoned but they never officially confirm anything. We help Volos and this is where you cant speed up his dialogue or go to the next line it's all automatic when he starts to ramble (god the kinship I feel with him). Arc and the family are there and we have a chaotic watermelon smashing contest thanks to Aza.

The game mentions Volos' friend Veles who was death itself in Kitezh broke the pact between him and Perun of his own volition and it lead to his demise. But I thought Perun killed Veles and that's why Volos hates him. Also were Volos and Veles a Ded situation? Like two people/personalities in one body. Volos says friend and acts like Veles was a separate person but the game shows Volos spilt into two and mentions they were two halves of a whole which I though was them implying they loved each other. Anyway somehow he made exploding watermelons and they got mixed in with the good ones. We destroy them and Babalon prances in the raining juice because Volos said watermelons help skin. We go on a diving tour Ziz and Behemoth are there Ziz isn't completely covered in feathers I'm surprised but also not. Her basket has a little behemoth and Black storm/Levi! Tadatomo does a whole song and dance and gets embarrassed. While we are diving a WC happens and Kotaro almost dies. He asks hypothetically if we want to form a pact and starts to show us "what seems to be" his Summoning Emblem but we get interrupted. While I'm not the biggest fan of him I feel bad despite mentally having 5 gens of knowledge he's still a kid who deep down fears death. And who maybe transient. We then go to the Cavern and learn about Andvari and his most likely Shadow Alberich and the curse of gold. Aegir stole Andvari's gold and ring before being summoned. After falling in a trap Andvari takes what gold he can and runs while Alberich tries to get him to succumb to the curse and only care about gold. We help take down Alberich and while the memories of Goemon use Shukaku's body to spread the cursed gold all throughout Tokyo so it's curse is weakened and Alberich finds peace. During the fight Cherno calls Volos Veles of the East which makes me think they were the same person/ded situation. Epilogue felt weird since Goemon just leaves in the middle of it to back to the theater

Hmm... Now I'm not too sure on how significant that is myself. I'll say though, combining two performative tricksters with a history in boiling/being put on fire (in some versions of Shukaku's story) feels like a very Housamo thing to do.

I don't know either he said he was with his favorite tea kettle when he was summoned/washed up in Tokyo then the pot was there instead. Then the flashback I mentioned adds another layer to it.

Oh yeah in the prologue Kotaro mentioned The Wonderful Tea Kettle I read it and it said the kettle turned into a badger. I'm assuming the version I read changed it from Tanuki. But that also explains Shukaku being able to tightrope walk along with an umbrella.

Maybe in his SQ they may clear it up. Which I would read along with everyone else's but I didnt clear those at any point. I do have a couple of Bookmarks left but I only have 1000 Rainbow Shards so I'm torn what to use them on.

When you introduce Nomad to Goemon when you choose the 3rd option that says he's a detective and we're his assistant. Nomad gets mad and literally says the exact same thing.

And while I know I said I'd stop trying to make continuity work I cant help it. This event references Seaside Fashionista because the Yaksha mention seeing Suzuka wearing a swimsuit and wanting to be like her. Which SF references BOTB which that references SSummerschool and Halloween. Which those two events I still feel are canon to the Main Story Loop. But with Arc and Family being in this event then the other 2nd book events can't be Main Loop Canon. I know it's LW just refencing things to make their stories work but I can't help but try to make continuity connections.

Pretty much, yeah. Old Japanese writing would sometimes use the word "mujina" to refer to both badgers and tanuki which I'm sure must've caused some confusion in earlier translations of the story. This actually came up in the version of Hakkenden I read not too long ago as well.

Good god that's so many then again there are a lot of SQ's. I would love to have that much for Rainbow Shards. Between First Shine Visit AR Card back in January and with Fatherhood Since Then being rerun I have finally used up the reimbursement shards we got. But thankfully I misremembered I though i had two left but I have ten so I'll use them to read everyone's SQ including Kotaro's. Even though we have the archive channel I prefer to read everything in game rather than watch a video. But I am kicking myself since I didn't even bother starting and skipping the SQ's during the event's debut and rerun. And that goes for Jiangshi Night and Canaan I didn't even finish those events.

Alright I read all of the Special Quests they were nice as always.

I was hoping for maybe some answers in regards to Goemon but not really. But he does reference a Underwater Dragon Place when you recount going diving. I will say Goemon has gotten cuter the more I see him. Surprised he hasn't gotten an alt yet.

Andvari actually having growth and development was a surprise.

Chernobog's felt short but his was probably the sweetest he's just so nice and happy to experience new things.

Seth's SQ is the one that felt the shortest but he was cute trying to be cool.

Volos once again I feel a kinship with and I would like to see more of him and his unskippable rambles. But he said something and I have a thought He said we kinda remind him of Veles. Similar yet different. Veles is the Exile of Kitezh aren't they? It wasn't specifically said Veles was banished or Exiled after breaking the pact so I could be wrong. But with Volos saying that it just hit me like a freight train.

Like Goemon's I was hoping for some answers about his during Kotaro's but not really. But I looked at his file on the wiki and his 5star mentions someone thought they seen his Summoning Emblem wash off. So it seems he might not be a Summoner or be apart of a pact. If that's the case how does he have Orochimaru and the memories of past Fuuma clan leaders? And the fact he asked if we wanted to make a pact which again begs the question is he a Transient or Tokyo native? It maybe the former considering he calls us Master in his SQ. I may not care for him much but I do want to know his whole deal.

Apparently Mineaki has him figured out, but I'm not sure if we've ever gotten a proper explanation for it. I think it's at least safe to assume Orochimaru is more just... hanging around him rather than being summoned, possibly because Kotaro's memories are the real deal whether he's a Stray Transient (no summoning mark) or just some kid who somehow got a hold of them.

I finished Trick or Trick! Jiangshi Night.

This was a small roller coaster of an event. It debuts Nezha who I barely knew about aside from VSM and that was they go fast and make motorcycle noises. They're alright but they mention they can be repaired if they get busted up and we have the power of a couple dozen High Dragons. Noted. Sanat Kumara who was interesting being supportive of others but not directly helping/little as possible. And of course Licho who uses a lot of proverbs. I did not care for him at the start but he got better. We learn about the Penglai Ghost Festival, how Jiangshi work. They mentioned the play from IASNH which apparently happened last year. Of course things go wrong when Licho accidently uses Soul Incense and when the Jiangshi go crazy he doesn't admit things are going bad and thinks the Cafe trio are out to get him. But we put on a play learn more about Testuox and his blind mother who died by being attacked by a tiger and he had a scornful brother. How he feels death should be the end for all. And how he's scared to be alone and go through partings which we already knew that. Even tho Taromaiti helped Licho with the impromptu play he doesn't apologize even though he knows he was wrong. Then Babalon gets lore she hates Halloween and she feels she doesn't deserve a chance to be happy with others despite her 2nd chance in Tokyo. Also she killed Licho with her maybe your stomach is where you keep your spinless self importance line. Krampus shows up and with the Jiangshi going crazy due to the masses perception of them he suggests a ranger show. Him and Bab talk about ranger shows for a sec and when he explains the concept to everyone else he did the Volos auto scroll ramble which made me smile. Krampus tells Licho he doesn't let peoples expectations of being a Dark Santa be the only thing he is then they show the art of him crying with the champion belt from TNCC which sucker punched my heart.

Later he says knows what it's like to be ashamed or embarrassed of what people may think of his dream of being a hero. But he keeps going because he has a friend who wont laugh and eventually others will join. Honestly the show felt like the play from the other Halloween event but with Bab and testu but I liked it and it may have been an intentional callback/parallel since it was mentioned in the Event people thought Umamichi is piggybacking off Daikanyama's Halloween party. In the end everything works out and the event is a success. But it's shown Christine and Nyarl where behind the chaos causing the Jiangshi to go crazy (along with a little help from Azathoth) at Sanat's request. Or rather someone pretending to be him specifically an agent from the Invaders so they managed to fool Nyarl and Christine and was the one who swapped the smoke bomb Licho was going to use at the start for the Soul Incense. Sanat is mentions he's a Game Master which through me for a loop that they drop that and the unknown invader agent just at the end. But now about Licho again I didn't care for him at first. I can understand being scared of failure, being scared of what if your best isn't good enough and what other people may think and have your actions/failures possibly follow you. But god i wanted to wring his neck because he treated everyone like they were out to get him like the Cafe trio. I also get not wanting to admit your wrong because it doesn't feel good to admit it but he needed to get off his high horse. Which he does at the end and apologizes (which was cathartic for me) and follows his own path even though Sanat basically had one already laid out for him. Lots of misfits making an appearance this time around, the featured units are some of the most fitting for a Halloween event too.
Learning more about the characters through the plays was also a nice change of pace in retrospect. Not that I'm one to complain about being given more details, but there sure have been a lot of sepia flashbacks over the years...

The thing with Licho is that he's mostly all bark (or hiss?) and no bite. I feel like he knows better than anyone he's not as peerless as he makes himself out to be. The way he's so familiar with failure, always coming back to expect it, only makes it more difficult for him to become the dependable person he genuinely wants to be. He definitely has his low points though so I can't blame you if he's not your cup of tea.

I read Kampus's SQ and watched Babalon and Licho's from the archive channel.

Krampus is a giant blushing nerd and I love him! I'm glad they added the unskippable Volos style rambling for him it fits him well. He mentions what being a hero means to him and wants to cheer on someone far far away. interesting. noted. Then at the end we can make plans to see a ranger show and Yule wont be at the dorms that weekend and Krampus suggests Power Rangers and chill. I'd would have been a flustered mess with him after hearing that. But honestly there's a 90% chance it would be only a ranger show marathon with us passed out on the couch

Babalon's had emotions I wasn't prepared for her lamenting her child, and how her wish for her children to outlive her wont come true. Even though it will/did! And if we can remember she will never reject us even if others will. Even though everyone is a love interest it feels wrong for her to be one especially after what was revealed in Ch.8

Licho's expanded a bit more about him How he studied delinquent manga to be like Sanat and Motosumi, how he resented being looked down on/stupid. And he'd wouldn't go back before all his regrets and how being a tiger is now apart of himself. It was nice but we had some pretty forward options to pick for someone we just met but he went with it.

I just realized we have only 6 days left before Summer Pool Twilight ends. It feels like we just had the rerun start only yesterday! But with the rerun ending soon that means a Summer Event is around the corner. So does anyone have any hopes/predications? The only characters I would like would be Takemaru and Azazel maybe Melusine since all my other favorites either have a Summer Alt or have 4 playable versions already. But for my predications something tells me Surtr, Ahura Mazda, Snow or Goemon might show up.

Also not exactly about Housamo but I seen a post on Twitter about a new VN announced in it's early stages and seen the art in the video's thumbnail I knew who the artist was right away. Turns out Noku is now working for a game company. The VN's English account is miliariumVNTW on Twitter in case anyone is interested.

If the next banner does have someone you want you could wait until it's Anniversary rerun. With Daily Login Bonuses, Events, and all the Lil' Salomon Tickets from Andvari's Shop you should in theory get pretty close if not just barely past 200 Summons by then. Of course this is me going of what I remember of everything we can get off the top of my head. Also how many new Events and reruns we will get between now and Anniversary and what your total number of Login Days will also play a factor.
