This person seems to be quite emotionally unstable. Seems to be using you to find some sort of stability within themselves and on one hand, it's working because they like you and they can feel good about themself in some type of fantasy where they swoop in and save you or whatever, but they're all too much of an unstable little bitchboy to actually follow through with this plan in the event that they get rejected. That's the real big thing here, they want to have a cool new future with you where everything changes positively for the better for you guys THANKS to your relationship, but his ego is too small and fragile to tolerate the idea of things going wrong.

Oh lordy lordy girlie you are just in a classic love triangle pickle.
On one hand you've got one guy who on the surface seems like he's got everything you might want or desire, but the reality is that he's got issues with repression, and neglectful/withholding behavior. Learn to sing first. It'll help you to connect to others more easily, and learning guitar afterwards won't be as frustrating because you'll be able to actually sing as you play and it'll feel more natural and good to you. Queen of swords r for learning guitar first makes me think it'll be pretty frustrating and there's a possibility of you giving up, but singing will come more naturally to you and the hierophant for learning guitar afterwards makes me think you'll feel like you're really good at music if u learn to sing first, which will make sticking out with learning guitar a lot more enticing.
