Who is the Nobody?

He is not a messiah, he's just like you but he has found the keys to the kingdom within himself through sheer will, just like you will.

First of all, that's not at all the level of what I'm talking about. Cosmic justice is a paring of the branch. An individuals collective choices push their scale toward God or Void and if their own choices push them into the dissolutive eating process of that Void, that is their fault and erasure is not only deserved, but requested.
Second: you say it is for justice and in our current two-tiered justice system that still does hold some merit I suppose. That helps that weight of burdening oneself with the lie of another, but the cost is there whether we dance around it or not.
