also been shilling wkey and ssl this year, wkey is struggling a bit, but the ceo is headed to the uae tomorrow, hopefully to get some interest in big investors, but ssl is doing very well, still think it's very undervalued. it's only 7x the valuation of /biz/ favorite hgraf, except they have ~15 billion in annual revenues, a massive asset base, cash on the balance sheet, global operations, and wide institutional ownership (remember, the number on finviz is not the truth, ssl is an adr, institutions own the shares listed in johannesburg, had arguments with dimwits over that). anyways i'm still pounding the table on both of those, i have given up shilling laes, even though that's the best portion of wkey, it's too highly valued at the moment, all it's good for right now is for wkey to raise cash with, but you never really know in the stock market.

now's when i should be sleeping. not tired yet though. watching the prices get worse in the pre-premarket. intc and btbt getting hit, feeling targeted. sectors i like to trade are holding up though, but that doesn't really give me clues on what to do tomorrow.
hit my goal in cardio, more incremental improvement. on bike days i do a sprint basically, turn the resistance up pretty high, when i first started i could only go a half mile before having to turn it down, tonight i did 1.9 miles, then i turn the resistance down and cruise 'til i'm all sweaty, then i crank it back up and do a 1 minute sprint to close it out. also do pullups/chinups afterwards. back when i was younger and in better shape i was doing 5.5 miles at that same resistance, hard to imagine that today. but that's the kind of shape i was in just a few years ago. if i keep improving at this pace though, i could be back there by this time next year.
soxx and xbi are the sectors i like to trade, lotta volatility in them, been good to me this year, soxx is at the bottom of a trading range after a selloff, xbi just broke out, feeling bearish but not sure what to do here, neither seems to be at a level i want to be bearish at, and i don't feel like we're gonna rally today either so i'm trying to think what to do. might be a good day to trade gold or oil, but i'm nervous that better relations with russia will send those down, they have a lot of commodities they want to sell which will be bearish for that. anyways just thinking out loud. as i said i don't know what to do today, will consult the horoscope to see if i should even be trading at all. anyways that's all i can say about the trade setup, know it's not much, but i think caution and patience is a good idea today.

watching eth price, 4300 looks important for the moment, i used eth to time the bottom today in soxl, and watching it trade kept me confident of upside, mentioned before how it's a bellwether risk-on asset, helped me out today. got a few other trading tricks, watching how dxy is trading is one of them, down is bullish, up is bearish, watching the intc chart helps for soxl too, and there's often trend changes 3 hours after the opening when the euromarket closes, and the half hour before that can tip you off as well, see if they're closing shorts or pushing things further down. biotech often trades "reactively," when s&p or nasdaq cross important levels it often reacts in-kind, ramping or dumping. just a few things i've learned, wouldn't go crazy or make them rules of thumb, but these tricks have helped me.

weekly look at the komp weekly chart. 3% move on friday as i predicted. it could have gone the other direction though, glad powell did the right thing. anyways next stop is $60, which served as support before the biden bear market, check the monthly chart for that. looks clear for takeoff, but any weakness should be taken as a sign that we aren't. we probably move up to $59 and change before we start seeing problems though, that's my prediction anyways. seems really bullish.

arkk had a different kind of week though, red candle. komp and arkk are similar in composition, they have exposure to the same sectors, but inversly weighted, komp is heaviest in places arkk is lightest and vice versa. komp is also much more highly diversified. but they own the same kinds of companies. arkk has had a much better year but is a lot farther from it's 2022 support, which is $110. this is worth paying attention to and watching how they trade going forward, might get some buying opportunities.
