IV has more dungeons than V. No, them being short does not matter if the dungeon is interesting. Going through Reverse Hills, Midtown, Camp Ichigaya is way more fun than running in a straight line on a desert and pressing jump sometimes to collect a miman for 8 glory. The dungeons in V also suck dick and one is a corridor you run straight through and the other is a set of staircases you have to climb and voila, it's over. The open world design does not justify it in the slightest becaue the extent of it's so praised exploration is climbing an emergency staircase up a skyscraper to find a single bead and an essence atop of it.
Do not get me started on the story being so shit they had to remake it and then made it look like clearly unfinished garbage for the second time, thought at least VV had a bit more story than V. Just a bit.
