But time and time again the story and the writers want you to think these characters are stupid, while the hollowheads like Rhaenys or indecisive spoiled women like Rhaenyra/Alicent are in the right simply because they're women and don't want to spill blood. There isn't any narrative coherence to this story anymore beside the writers groveling for Rhaenys/Rhaenyra, and "liberating" Alicent (by having her condemn her entire family to death just so she can be friends with Rhae Rhae again)
