I use Duolingo to study grammar. I skip any units where I already understand how the sentence is constructed until I get to something new.

/fat/ty here I started back in april and current routine is

>lateral raises
>lat pulldown machine
>assisted pull ups
>bar rows
>vertical chest press machine
>flying press machine
>standing bar curls
>assisted dips
And
>leg extension
>lying leg curls
>leg press
>squats with bar
>crunch machine
>leg lifts
>planks
>supermans
I do the former twice a week and the latter once a week and I do everything with 3x10-12 sets(I go heavier once I can do a 12 reps on all 3 sets).
Any suggestions what I should add or change out.
I recently added the dips and supermans and switched out seated machine rows for assisted pull ups, but I want to see if I could do more to improve my routine.
I was also thinking of doing full body 3 times a week instead of 1:2 split.
I am also struggling with curls so I wanted to maybe add another exercise to improve that.
6"1 and my goal is to be like 207 lbs with 15% body fat if that helps.
Any suggestions?

That is not actually true. I'm from a very backward third world shithole. /v/ gave me great insight on how to argue and reason with people, even if it isn't anything serious. I took a philosophy class on logic after I started observing biases and fallacies being repeatedly committed in the threads here. /v/ got me educated just through shitposting so much so that I've met people irl who have asked me if I'm from somewhere civilized.
