You're supposed to hit your natty peak by 30 (the latest) and then just lift twice a week and do the occasional cardio to maintain.
"Professional" athletes burn themselves out by overtraining and ruining their body, hence why they "let go" of training, since they can't continue any more.

As long as you reach natty peak by/before 30 and continue to lift to maintain, you'll have nothing to worry about.
People settle down and have other worries, that's when junk food and goyslop comes in and excuses not to lift.

Bigger muscle = stronger muscle.
A 6'0 guy at the same level of training as a 5'6 will lift heavier simply because he has more muscle mass/volume.
That's why most strongmen are over 6'6 (even though they roid). You simply don't see 5'7 strongmen at these competitions.
This is also a cope used by lanklets that they can't do basic calisthenics because of "muh leverage" and "you need to be a manlet to do gymnastics".
