Not a lot really can be done tbqh, "peaceful protests" are a load of bollocks, the police just slowly ramp up the pressure on protestors until everyone thinks "eh fuck standing around here getting a criminal record" and the protests loose all steam

Then its all quiet until you hear another horrific murder/rape/robberies and the process repeats its self
