These are basically minimums so aim for more if you can, also make sure the gold skills are reliable and not shit like iron will that will only proc in 50% of your races because then you brick half your races

I suspect that the game encourages winstreaks and losestreaks by matching you against stronger/weaker opponents probably because winning a bunch in a row is enough dopamine to keep people around even through the equal losestreaks and it still keeps people around 50% winrate
