The only part I hate about this game right now is how you can do multiple runs back to back yet gain absolutely nothing of value. Sparks being a purely RNG system with no way to influence the outcome makes it feel like you've just wasted your time when you spend hours for a wall of 1*s (because let's be real, the gameplay loop loses its luster pretty fast)

I know the strat is to do the training with the most girls as possible to get their friendship up but lets say is it more important to hit multiple girls at once or go with the ! mark one so you get a skill hint? Like say there are 3 girls on guts but 1 girl on power with an !, is the hint better here or are the multiple girls better especially if early?

Also when should I try to do races? Is it more beneficial to do it later when I have more wits or does it not matter? Also what helps with passing? Ive lost a few races because the girl is just stuck behind someone, is it all power or is it a combination of power+wits? How important is guts?

Skill hints are generally better unless it's like 1 skill hint on guts, in your example I would take the three girls.
Races are good for farming skill points so do them if you feel like you really need certain skills and you look good for stats. You can do them whenever it depends on your uma's schedule and stats.

Mostly power, wits does help them maneuver better and activates your skills which can get you to break through the box but situations where you have the power and wit yet you get boxed in regardless are fairly common. Guts doesn't matter, if you have green lady telling you about guts then you didn't have enoughs stamina.

Do seasonal debuffs have any effect outside of Career? I don't know if I should bother removing it at the end

I'm pretty low on stamina on symboli rudolf and the hint tells me to raise it, but I haven't been getting any support/skill hints in Stamina so I've been focusing on grouped supports.

I read somewhere I should be prioritizing leveling the supports first which makes sense for bigger stat gains later, but should I be raising the lacking stat instead?

Here's my shitty deck, I've only been playing for 3 days and I'm spamming bakushins to finish the event (You'll notice my event card isn't even mlb yet, which is why I'm spamming bakushins). Aoi is only there because I don't have any other SR speed cards. I rerolled for super creek. I'm only using the meme twin turbo card for the event point bonus but she does have skills I pick up for bakushin too.

I don't have a "stopping point" so to speak as every run is its own thing, but speed has the priority from day 1. Pre debut I train whatever has the most friends except giving priority to speed. If for example speed has 2 horses but power has 3 I'll still train speed. If nothing has at least 2 horses I do a speed hit unless wit will get me an extra training on the next turn.
I usually don't get first at least one or two races early on (and it isn't required anyway) but it doesn't matter because by the first summer bakushin has become unstoppable. Once you start getting rainbow trainings your speed should snowball fast. I'm not using borrowed parents since I'm spamming runs and I don't have a single speed spark parent if you're wondering (Or any 3*s of any kind for that matter). I've won every single URA final and end with a minimum of 1000 speed and usually hit 1200.
