Because goddamn the avg post IQ seems to have dropped significantly

His one video on getting a fuckboi physique was mostly good, but generally his advice is geared towards bodybuilders and powerlifters who don't even have physiques most women would find attractive.
Beyond that, he either gives advice that is good but can be found everywhere else, or he gives advice that is bad. Like claiming that diet soda is healthy when there are plenty of studies which show that the acidic compounds in it rot your teeth, weaken your bones and contribute to kidney stones, and that sucralose destroys your gut biome.
Or his claim that eating raw honey "is just a rich people flex," when in fact pasteurization removes all the pollen and enzymes that give honey its scientifically proven health benefits.
