I think I've known since 1st edition 30k and 8th edition 40k to NEVER buy a single piece of rule. Always look for free pdfs because 9999/10000 people don't give a fuck, 5000/10000 think you are based for ripping rules and 1/10000 are npc automaton slaves cattles who don't deserve human rights either way.
