Gamers are seemingly the only consumers who think shit should just never go up in price. I think it's because gaming is a unique consumer electronics industry that experienced a massive amount of market growth/tech innovation in the 90s-10s and it's conditioned gamers to always expect those trends to continue even though it was an artifact of an early growth phase.

The downstream consequences of those sticky expectations is that gaming is increasingly dominated by free2play gacha shit and lacking in innovation since investors won't fund ambitious projects as they won't see appropriate returns because the price ceiling is arbitrarily capped. Obviously a game that's literally The Matrix should cost much more than $80 to see returns on its investment and I would happily pay those returns for such an incredible experience.

>but what if the $100 game is mediocre
Then just don't fucking buy it. There are lots of products I consider a waste of money. I don't go on a moral crusade every fucking time because I'm not a sour grapes faggot that thinks I am personally entitled to purchase every single product ever released.

>bought new BCM upper
>UPS will be delayed for 1 week due to shipping error caused by UPS
>also bought 1000 rounds of 5.56 ammo
>Fedex yellow exclamation mark, so delayed or lost package
Why are shipping companies so incompetent? That's $1000+ worth of items, they better not lose them.

I can't fucking stand seeing successful animators/artists/showrunners.
I don't think I'll be happy until every one of them, being industry or indie, go broke and are forced into homelessness
Like, I actually get angry seeing interviews with cartoon creators.

The Tulsi and RFK appointments weren’t really the GOP expanding its tent. It was using them as pawns to win over the “fringe”, the populists that Trump was worried would sit out the election.

Put them in easily replaceable positions. Hell, he didn’t even invite Tulsi to Camp David to have a say about Iran - who it appears we’ll be attacking in the coming hours.

Just like elementary school; you were left to sit alone while the Uniparty sat at the popular table.

>can't even identify what's wrong until I read the replies
If trivial ass bullshit like this is enough to trigger you into writing off a game, it's unironically over for the gaming industry. Ragebait streamers and negative engagement bias won.
