The necessity of violence is a real one.
We may not be animals but we are bound by the same need of violence to survive. Animal and Human need for violence comes from the need to feed itself and defend its territory and kin.

Kindness does not real issues. Kindness does not solve real threats of fighting for one's very survival. In the end, it does not matter who was more morally right. The one that wins is the one with more power and then they'll be the ones in the right.

Lets say that Loser found like-minded people and formed her own community to spread her kindness. You know what'll happen? They will get killed and/or captured. For resources, wealth, slaves. The only way they can avoid this situation is to be PROTECTED by people with STRENGTH, driving off any potential threats to them using INTIMIDATION or VIOLENCE.
In the end, the only way Loser's ideas could ever come to fruition is if you brainwashed people, FORCING them to go along with it using STRENGTH that is greater than theirs.
Taking away peoples own will, subjugating them at their very core. Doesn't that sound extremely cruel?
