How exactly does ascending Heralds/Chaos Lords work? I finished Skulltaker's Long Victory and wanted to use the +10 Lord recruit rank to traitfarm for a Daemon Prince with a good trait to use the Chainsword but I'm over lvl 15 not and still haven't got the dilemma. Do I have to personally gain 15 levels (so I have to wait until lvl 25) to ascend or what?
