If you're interested in it, then get it. But just know, you're not buying an RPG. Plain and simple. It's a very long, cinematic action game. There is no party building, there is no roleplaying. Final Fantasy "items" are basically non-existent. Exploration is in-organic. All the FF RPG elements have been completely sanded away. There are no damage types or elements or statuses. There is literally nothing else to the game but 40 hours of wacking/dodging/cooldown dump, interspersed with 20 hours of some very nice cutscenes and boss fight setpieces.
7/10 ish.
