Don't lie to yourself now, everyone likes gambling to a degree. It would be incredibly boring if you could get every single character right off the bat, there's no story to be had there. You make due with what you have and that makes everything which happens a lot more enjoyable AND impactful, in my humble opinion. Raisu is one I would avoid like the plague if I had the choice, but no, she spooked me, and now I've come to really like her
