This shit is fucking ass. Whenever people praise it it's always "bro it's hype as af ong fr fr" and then they fail to mention that the main character is a quirky retarded mary sue that wins almost every race the exact same way, and that all the other characters stop existing after they move to Tokyo. The new Tokyo students literally have no personality despite their designs and only serves to spout exposition. They tell the viewers that Oguri is close friends with Ardan, Chiyono and the rest but they barely even interact with each other.
Belno, March and Kitahara were all functioning characters but then they got shafted by a bunch of puppets. The one character that gets the most development is fucking Rudolf for whatever reason, with March coming in at second. All the while they're busy jerking off Oguri winning yet another race for the 69th time.
