Curious thing. Latin america has a way higher literacy rate than jewsa. My country is at 96% overall but 99.7% for younger generations (it's older people deep in the interior and remote areas the ones that can't read) and we are one of the countries with the most college graduates in the region and with university that can actually compete in the global market.
Since burgers can't do shit, they are actually trying to jumpstart a chip making industry here because they know their people can't operate it because of general retardation. I for one, am open to the idea to have chip making industry here but not if it's sponsored by jewsa though that money and the greenlight for the dutch to send their lithography machines. Though may as well take total control of it as we did with the canal eventually.
