It's literally computationally impossible to have low FPS on a modern gpu, unless the pajeets at AAA pajeet studio literally do stupid shit like uploading the cinematic model or the highest resolution model from the unreal marketplace directly into unreal without even bothering to do manual retopo or downscale the texture to 2k.
It's just not possible to bottleneck a modern GPU unless some really fucked up shit happens.
