Ultra giga terrible, support cards are the real gacha. As long as you get one of the characters you're set for ever having to roll for them, although the rates are still abysmal.

However it is layers and layers of RNG. Beating the core gameplay (PVE) isn't too hard, but this is a whales paradise in the pvp, and there is lots of PVP as a racing game.
