I used to be 'cracked' (as the kids say) on Modern Warfare 2. Used to know the maps by heart, where the choke points were, where the campers loved to hold up, and I absolutely annihilated anyone. Tried to hop back in with my nephew a few months back and got my shit absolutely pushed in. I just can't react fast enough to get a shot in before som 12 yo lands a perfect headshot.

I'm just going to stick to rts games from now on.

Microsoft has had a stranglehold on the market for far too long with Windows, to the point where they are now working in planned obsolescence in their product line (they have been for some time but it's now blatantly obvious). The only way for this shit show to stop is for Linux to become just as big of a household brand.

Personally I've given up on gaming. It's just not worth upgrading cards when they will become obsolete within a year.
