Light armor + shield backpack is more effective than heavy armor + warp pack, and it's not even close.
Heavy armor should have aimpunch immunity, headshot multiplier immunity, and reduced ragdolling. A ship module upgrade that provides very slow health regen while out of combat should be added because heavy armor users would get more use out of it than light.
