I find it funny how the “you are a monster no longer” line makes no sense when you find out where it came from. Kratos only said it to Athena’s ghost saying he’s a monster. He specifically says, “I know. But I am your monster no longer.” He knows he’s a monster but he’s not under her or the gods’ control anymore. So him lecturing Asura on being a monster no longer would basically be implying Asura was under the control of some god when that was never the case in Asura’s game while it was in Kratos’. DB just had no fucking clue what they were referencing. So all the “you are a monster” meme is basically Kratos just projecting his insecurity for being the gods’ attack dog.

Asura wouldn’t do that unless Kratos is on an isolated planet/solar system with no other life. Asura is not the BETTER MAN like KINGtos who kills innocent people. He would just throw Kratos into space and move on with his day.
