>Article 4 >1. In order to enhance national security and confront common threats, the intelligence and security agencies of the Contracting Parties shall exchange information and experience and increase the level of their cooperation. >2. The intelligence and security agencies of the Contracting Parties shall cooperate within the framework of separate agreements.
>Article 5 >4. The Contracting Parties shall consult and cooperate in countering common military and security threats of a bilateral and regional nature.

>The Contracting Parties shall facilitate bolstering of peace and security in the Caspian region, Central Asia, Transcaucasia, and the Middle East, cooperate to prevent interference in the specified regions and destabilizing presence of the third states there, and exchange opinions on the situation in other regions of the world.
>Article 45 >1. This Treaty is subject to ratification and shall enter into force upon the expiration of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the last written notification of the completion by the Contracting Parties of the relevant domestic procedures, and shall be valid for 20 (twenty) years with automatic renewal for subsequent five-year periods.
>The Guardian Council has endorsed a bill approving the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty signed between Tehran and Moscow earlier this year. >During an open session on May 21, Parliament voted in favor of the bill outlining the treaty’s provisions. Out of 211 members present, 192 voted in favor, 5 opposed, and 2 abstained. >Both houses of the Russian parliament have ratified the treaty, and President Putin signed it into law in April.
WASHINGTON, May 17 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Saturday that Walmart should "eat the tariffs" instead of blaming duties imposed by his administration on imported goods for the retailer's increased prices.
His comments were in response to the world's largest retailer saying this week it would have to start raising prices later this month due to high tariffs.
"Walmart should STOP trying to blame Tariffs as the reason for raising prices throughout the chain. Walmart made BILLIONS OF DOLLARS last year, far more than expected," Trump said in a social media post.
"Between Walmart and China they should, as is said, 'EAT THE TARIFFS,' and not charge valued customers ANYTHING."
A representative of Walmart could not be immediately reached for comment.
