People continually assume (We) are the angel, but at the same time, we've been referred to as the Demon Heart in game already, as well as been implied to have been summoned when Kris tried to summon a Demon, and Gaster threw us into here and he's got a whole thing with 666.
Also this concept art mural from Undertale shows the angel with weird fucking snakes and the closest thing we've seen to that is a flavor text saying that "The darkness slithers like a snake", also the Titan we saw had literal Angel wings. I'm near positive (We) aren't the angel, and that it's some fucked up thing we haven't seen yet.
