You guys realize that 99% of the pizza places in a big city use the exact same supplier for their stuff, which is why every place you eat at feel and taste the exact same. Fuck even the menu's are identical and just use a generic template for all the places.

I sure mom and pop manage to somehow magically make connections with an unknown supplier to get their magical ingredients that differs from all the rest.
And this is most food places, which is why all generic sushi and all places is the exact same, because they buy the same kit from the same suppliers.
I thought this was general knowledge.

This is why all the good places are OUTSIDE the big cities, because they actually use different suppliers and even locally supplied stuff at times.
