The point is, both Undertale and Problem Sleuth were short, but successful projects with satisfying endings, and Deltarune still has the potential to go down the same route as Homestuck, since Homestuck too was great in its first 4 acts.

Toby did the best thing with just taking homestucks elements and making his own thing.
If Deltarune delivers on its ending he'd have won twice over.
It's funny to think how Undertale was developed while he was living in Hussie's basement.

The fall of Andrew Hussie is almost as fascinating as Homestuck as a comic.
The reason I think Toby won't fail with Deltarune is because Toby first-hand saw Andrew Hussie become a fucking shell of himself and saw the fucking catastrophe that was the comics finale.

So far Toby has delivered. But everything really does hinge on how he ends it.
