Good morning. I dont want to go back to the factory today, either. I dont really want to go to school to become an engineer. I want to wear a trench coat and smoke cigarettes and solve murder mysteries and talk to beautiful classy broads and carry a snubnose revolver

the so-called Horn of Africa is named as such because it does in fact look like an animal's horn

but confusingly the horn of South America doesn't look anything like a horn, it's just the bottom of South America. So if you were growing up and learned about Cape Horn first (me), and heard the sea shanties about "making it round the horn" you could be forgiven for hearing the phrase "the horn of Africa" and thinking that referred to the bottom of Afrcia i.e South Africa and Cape Town. But it doesn't. It's nowhere near there.

I'm honestly tempted to get a fake degree. I don't mean apply to a dodgy university, I mean like a forged document.

It's the point now where I think it's right to just do whatever it takes to get ahead (besides actually knuckling down and getting a degree). I'm not intending to put people's lives at risk or practice medicine or anything but everyone is in agreement that no one actually uses their degree for work and it's a tick box exercise during hiring.

At the end of the day, the risk is that you get caught 1-2 years into a job during some random audit and get the sack. Your employer isn't going to claim back the salary they paid you, they have no right since you did actually provide them with work during that period despite not having a degree.

Frankly I am owed a graduate salary and it's time to start deceptionmaxxing and fraudmaxxing so that I can actually afford to live.
