Since I saw this video, man, i cannot comprehend getting stuck in front of a semi-truck wheel, and simultaneously being ran over by it for like miles and minutes. The police said "by the time they got there" "(Barry) Perkins had already been caught by the tire and ran over." Presumably as the police pulled over the semi truck. The truck came to a slow, and that caused enough tire to finally catch enough of Barry Perkins' body to run him over and dislodge him, finally finishing him off.
If you go to about 0:50 you can hear the guy begin to scream in horror as he's being ground to a smear on the road.
They say he died on his way to the hospital. But I doubt it. Probably just a feel good for the family + the hospital gets an "intake" admittance charge. That's why I said, "dislodge him, finally finishing him off." I mean shit, look at the video, what's left of his foot is literally sparking, let's HOPE he was finished by the tire for his sake.
He had two kids, and according to his family, there was no way he coulda been lootin cuz he was a good boy:
